The Coaching Process
When you take the time to develop a solid relationship with the coaching professional, Professional Development coaching can help you meet the goals that you have for yourself. It is the coach’s objective to motivate you and hold you accountable for achieving your goals. From an outside standpoint, a coach may be able to see areas of concern that you are not able to discern. In that sense, the process raises your awareness of a different way to handle professional situations.
My Coaching Philosophy
I believe everyone has a unique gift to offer in this lifetime. I believe with that gift you can solve any problem that you encounter. I believe that you are far more capable to achieve success than you realize. I believe with the right coach you can achieve greatness. I believe in you.
How long does it take? Time varies between 1-9 months, it all depends on you.
Do you use assessments? Yes, we use either a 360 degree, Management and/or Emotional Intelligent Surveys.
Will you share our discussion with my employer? We typically do not unless you have an agreement between you and your employer.
What can we discuss? Anything dealing with your professional development (i.e. challenges, improving skillsets, dealing with difficult people, exit strategies, etc.)
