In this seminar participants will discover their preference in resolving conflicts using the Everything DiSC Productive Conflict® instrument.
Help teams understand how to apply The Five Behaviors™ model of Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results to their work culture. By utilizing Everything DiSC, a tool that helps build effective team communication and relationships, this program allows participants to learn about their own communication styles.
Participants will be able to recognize harassment in the workplace as well understand their rights and responsibilities under the law, regarding safety in the workplace. Workplace harassment/bullying must be identified, discouraged, and prevented to keep a hostile work environment from developing.
Participant will learn how to be a better coach and mentor. How well you coach and/or mentor relates directly to how well you can foster a great working relationship with your employees through understanding them. In this workshop, participants will understand why they behave the way that they do using the Everything DiSC®.
