Bring Civility Back into the Workplace Workshop will provide you with the skills to deal with different personality styles, improve work etiquette and communication, and resolve conflict. You will also learn why you behave the way that you do using a personality self-assessment instrument.


 












 




Exceptional Customer Service


The Exceptional Customer Service Workshop will look at all types of customers and how we can serve them better and improve ourselves in the process. Participants will be provided a strong skillset including in-person and over the phone techniques, dealing with difficult customers, and generating return business.
