Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced and passionate teachers, educators, and professional development trainers to join our team as 1099 contractors. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely while delivering impactful training sessions and workshops. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in education, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to fostering professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and/or deliver engaging professional development workshops, webinars, and training sessions tailored to federal, state, and corporate employees.
• Assess training needs and design programs to address specific requirements of diverse audiences.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to support the professional development of educators.
• Stay current with the latest trends, research, and developments in education and professional training.
• Work with other trainers and organizational leaders to develop unified and thorough training strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience in teaching, training, or professional development.
• Strong knowledge of educational theories, instructional design, and adult learning principles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create engaging and effective training materials and curricula.
• Proficiency in using technology and digital tools for training purposes.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively.
